Trencadis Coaching can be engaged on a contract basis to support talent management initiatives (ex: internal mobility, leadership potential and development) or support employees in need of performance alignment.

Coaching is confidential, even when it is employer-sponsored. Employer sponsors will be involved at the outset to share expectations and goals. Thereafter, coachees will enjoy a supportive, confidential space to find clarity and work on goals. Sponsors are updated on progress and compliance, with confidentiality boundaries determined and agreed upon at the outset of the engagement according to the ICF Code of Ethics.
