Coaching is a partnership for you.

You are inherently capable of seeing yourself clearly, setting your own goals, creating strategies that work for you, and ultimately achieving success. But it’s hard to do alone.

That’s where coaching comes in and provides value to you. Coaching helps you unlock previously-untapped sources of creativity, motivation, and strategy through a creative, thought-provoking partnership. We are partners, practiced in the art of supporting and empowering you to build capacity and confidence as you make desired changes to your career and talent portfolios.

Like trencadis mosaic, my coaching can help you create beauty and harmony out of what sometimes feels like disorder and chaos. Sometimes, your “talent tiles” just don’t work for you anymore or you need a perspective shift. The coaching process may allow you to smash ‘em up and rearrange them a bit so that they work for you! I’ll help you visualize and clarify your skills, talents, needs, knowledge, values, strengths, opportunities, and ideas. Together, we’ll gather up all those shards and pieces and find the best way to rearrange them into something meaningful—and maybe even beautiful—for you.

Hi, I’m Kelly Noble, ACC.

Trencadis Coaching began as a part of my own talent mosaic redesign, and I know what it takes to repurpose parts of your career, life, and identity in service of a new or evolving goal.

My journey started as a lawyer in public sector HR, after which I pivoted into law school and business school career and leadership coaching for almost 11 years. Trencadis Coaching was born when I smashed up those tiles and created this, and I’m really excited to help you.

My coaching sweet spot tends to be working with pivoting attorneys at all levels of experience and with mid-career (5-15 years of experience) corporate clients, but I’ve coached folks from every industry, function, age, and stage, and on virtually every career or leadership-related topic.

I’m endlessly adaptable in the coach’s role as “process expert,” encouraging and empowering others to fully step into their role as the “content expert” in the partnership. Here’s more information on coaching as a process, and FAQs that address (among other things) whether I’m the right fit for your particular circumstances and goals.

After 11+ years of work and training as a coach, I formalized my practice with an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), considered the Gold Standard in Coaching worldwide. In combination with the extensive experience, ongoing professional development and affiliations, and network of highly-qualified coaches I already possess, my ICF credential coaching to the next level of quality and ethical practice for your benefit. Anyone can call themselves a coach (and oh, so many do), but most “coaches” aren’t coaching at all: they are advising to the limit of their own knowledge, shaped by their personal circumstances that likely differ from your own. That’s not what you’ll get with me, or any ICF trained or credentialled coach.

The Fun Stuff: I live near Chapel Hill, North Carolina with my husband and our two kids dogs, Agnes and Edith. I’m an elder millennial with workplace-visible tattoos (gasp!) and a generous sense of humor. You can reliably find me at my dining room table working on a jigsaw puzzle, spending time with my friends at our local version of Cheers, or jet-setting to an interesting location with delicious food. Spain is my happy place, and Barcelona—the birthplace of trencadis mosaic—has a piece of my heart (and many stamps in my passport).
