While coaching individuals is my “bread and butter,” I’m always happy to see how Trencadis might support your team or organization in many ways outside of individual coaching. I tend to prioritize projects that rely on my experience, skills, and training in workshop design and delivery, along with meeting and event facilitation. Trencadis can even provide team/group or 1:1 coaching within your team/organization around a set topic or goal, with you as the coaching sponsor.

    Workshops may range from 1 hour to 3 hours in length, virtually or in-person. Workshops ideally require a minimum 6-week lead time between purchase and delivery.

  • Teams and organizations may benefit from bringing in a neutral outside party to facilitate a meeting or internal event. Let me step into that role—whether in-person or virtually—so that you can participate fully in the meeting or event and demonstrate to your team that you’re invested in their success. We'll share the planning and development of the event/meeting to ensure that your goals are met on meeting day.

    Would your team or a group within your organization benefit from the support and partnership of a coach? Whether they are working towards big goals, though team dynamics, or navigating change, coaching can work for teams, too!

    Pricing starts at $425/hr, and varies depending on group size (max: 10) and number of sessions. All group coaching engagements include one 30 minute kick-off call with the group lead.

    Assessments are available for group coaching as an add-on, subject to invoice.

  • Are you a team lead or talent management professional looking to offer coaching within your organization?

    Trencadis Coaching can be engaged on a contract basis to support talent management initiatives (ex: internal mobility, leadership potential and development) or support employees in need of performance alignment.

    How does this work?
    Coaching is confidential, even when it is employer-sponsored. Employer sponsors will be involved at the outset to share expectations and goals. Thereafter, coachees will enjoy a supportive, confidential space to find clarity and work on goals. Sponsors are updated on progress and compliance only.
