Trencadis is the Catalan art of mosaic, unique for its use of irregular, smashed bits of ceramic, glass, and other disused materials. Rather than relying on the uniform tiles common to other art forms, trencadis finds and creates beauty from only the best bits and pieces, however mismatched they may appear.

I know mine has been like that! Over the last 15 years, I’ve built a meaningful career from the bits, pieces, and shards of my experiences, talents, needs, and training, and it’s my goal to help you do the same for yourself or your team.

Why me? I created Trencadis Coaching as part of my own talent mosaic redesign and I am excited to partner with you throughout your journey. My own journey spans over 14 years and includes earning an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (2025), leading career & leadership coaching at a top MBA program and at 2 JD programs, and working as an attorney in HR in public service.

Why together? Having smashed up my own career “tiles” to design a new mosaic that serves me now, I’m confident we can do the same for you. Whether you’re looking for support on one discrete career task or you need a partner for a total overhaul, I bring the right mix of experience, attitude, and resources to our work together.
